Patt’s major East Coast workshop this year is at the Kripalu Retreat and Renewal Center in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.
March 27–30, 2011
It will be a highly experiential four-day workshop where you will be empowered to learn to manage stress and break the mental patterns that keep you trapped in habitual and unproductive attitudes, thoughts, and behaviors.
New research shows that the brain is amazingly adaptable, constantly rewiring itself in response to events. By learning to consciously access each of the four brainwave frequencies, you can free yourself from the self-destructive patterns that keep you from leading a successful and creative life.
In this workshop, Patt Lind-Kyle will guide you through exercises that will enable you to work in a constant state of flow.
You will learn:
- How the brain becomes stuck in negative feedback loops and how it can change and evolve
- To identify sources of stress and unhappiness
- Meditation and mindfulness techniques that rewire the brain by focusing on and strengthening each of the four brainwaves.
You will return home with the tools you need to literally reprogram your neural networks for a life that is more peaceful, innovative, and positive.
